Web Design;

HTML:
Which stands for Hyper Text Markup Language, is the code behind the website all the info that makes up the page, links,pictures & body text and allows the ability for interactive forms.

CCS:
Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a simple mechanism for adding style (e.g. fonts, colors, spacing) to Web documents.

Flash:




Flash is used to create animation,advertisements and various web page flash components to integrate video into web pages and to develop rich internet applications, you can use Flash on the web, amil and put documents on to a Cd, when you use Flash to create a website what you see is what you get when you are crating the page, it is really easily edited and quick to publish without having to compremise with your design.

Dreamweaver:
Web development application, a code used to create a web page, having to edit the page by code seperatly when you need to change a piece of information.
